Production Description

A new adaptation of the eternal Chekhov’s play.

A famous actress spends a summer at her brother’s estate out of town with her family and associates. Her son, a young playwright, puts on a play he wrote with his beloved in a lead role. The show fails, more than that, the mother’s lover and the son’s partner express mutual romantic interest. The young man’s sensory system collapses and he tries to kill himself. His mother stops the vacation and instructs everyone to return to the city after her.

Two years later the protagonists find themselves again in the same place all together.
