A stage play themed on the “Hibaruzakura” (the famous cherry blossom of Fukuoka’s Minami Ward), a symbol of the area and beloved by the local community.
Kotone learns that her best friend Sakura is moving away. Torn between past memories of friendship and the pain of drifting apart, she struggles to face Sakura while holding on to words left unspoken. Set around Hibaruzakura Park, this ensemble drama portrays the intersecting lives of townspeople across different places—past and present, estrangement and reunion—woven together through the feelings each carries.
