Production Description

The show is a Theatrical musical play narrating the stories of Canal history past and present from various social perspectives.

Music composed by Rory McLeod a prolific award winner of BBC Radio 2 Folk best musician composed and musically directed the play, with John Knowles the playwright Brighton Fringe festivals 2020 award winner. Mj Morgan Produced the play, experienced film producer having won awards for Promad best commercial with Sky, Grammy award with Madonna’s confession tour and more.

With 5 emerging cast all experienced in performing in many previous productions. We are towards the end of a rural tour having staged the show on my grassroots Theatre, Widgeon Theatreboat.

We only have a video that has been edited from rehearsal footage shot in 2020 and not a full performance due to copyright protection. I hope you enjoy the trailer and will help us promote / review our last 3 shows as we hope to extend the tour if we can gain enough interest in London to keep the cast in work.
