We won a Stevie!

The Scenesaver team are delighted to learn that they have won a Bronze Stevie® Award in the category “Most Valuable Corporate Response to Covid-19“.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business recognise the achievements of women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run– worldwide. More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 100 categories.

Being honoured in this way is a real thrill for our little team, which is driven by passion for theatre. What was especially rewarding was reading the judges comments on our application.

A practical, impressive and innovative response to the impact of Covid on the arts sector.
Wonderful initiative during challenging times. Congratulations!
Scenesaver’s initiative to deliver theatre art to the world’s audiences during the global lock-down and slow-down, which hurt so many performing arts organizations and artists themselves, gives hope to both sides and an opportunity for the valuable art of the theatre to continue its existence. I am very touched by Scenesaver’s work, and I believe it is of tremendous value to everyone who loves theatre and arts.
Really innovative idea to help people during pandemic, specially by a group of talented women.
Thanks to the all-female team company Scenesaver for launching the free website which would support the theatre and performance industry during the pandemic. Also, the website provides an option to “Purchase” shows tickets and view them virtually.

We also had some constructive feedback and suggestions of how to further improve Scenesaver which we will take on board and look to implement in the coming weeks.

A big thank you to the Stevie Awards for Women in Business and their judging panel.
